Items are Downloads – NOT Physical
Guest Hollow, LLC materials are provided electronically and are downloadable/online ONLY. There are no physical copies available. Please do not order if you are expecting a physical copy to be mailed to you.
Payment Choices
Payment may be made via PayPal (from a PayPal balance or a credit/debit card for which you do NOT need a PayPal account to use), Amazon Pay, Venmo, or a credit/debit card via Stripe (with options for Google Pay & Apple Pay if you have those enabled on your browser). Proceed to the checkout page for all payment options to be displayed.
Previous Customers Need to Log In Before Making Subsequent Purchases
IMPORTANT: If you have ordered any items from Guest Hollow previously (even free items), you MUST log back into your GUEST HOLLOW account prior to starting the checkout process. (Simply click “MY ACCOUNT” in the header above to log in.) If you do not do this your order will be ignored by our system.
If you have never ordered from us before, a Guest Hollow account will automatically be created for you as you go through the ordering process.
There Are No Refunds for Digital Items
IMPORTANT: Guest Hollow materials are electronic downloads and are therefore NOT eligible for return or refunds of any kind. We MAY choose as a courtesy to provide a refund for obvious accidents like double orders at our discretion, but we will not refund this material under normal circumstances – make certain you have fully read the product pages and looked at our samples.
