I cannot imagine a more complete biology course made for homeschoolers anywhere! This workbook made it exceptionally user-friendly for the science impaired! My mother-in-law, a public high school science teacher for 27 years, actually approved of this curriculum — a rare feat!!

There is no teacher’s manual available. But we do have an entire curriculum schedule for use with this great online textbook here:
https://guesthollow.com/store/high-school-biology-curriculum/
The course incorporates a free high-quality textbook, numerous online videos, tons of labs (with a multitude of budget and interest options), living books, a no-cost printable workbook with answer key, an independent study schedule, and more! It even incorporates Greek and Latin roots vocabulary!
Some of the things you’ll find in our biology curriculum:
A “pretty” and visual, high-quality virtual textbook that is FREE!
A variety of lab options without ONE focus (some biology programs are all about dissections and little else, etc.)
Labs you can easily do at home with a minimum of investment
Plenty of “living books” to supplement topics and bring concepts to life
Activities, games & extras to make biology fun and easier to learn & retain
Something laid out via a weekly format with a schedule you and your student can follow
Videos to help illustrate concepts
Printables to help gauge your student’s learning and to develop study skills
Cross-curricular assignments, so biology isn’t studied as an isolated subject

Why aren’t chapters 19 and 20 included in the workbook? Are there any workbook pages available for those chapters?
Jenn Guest (verified owner) –
Here is the message from the workbook to explain about those chapters:
Please note: There are no Guest Hollow workbook pages after section 18.2 in the textbook. Weeks 28-32 do not have any workbook pages associated with them, because they were never created. 🙂 The reason for this: We originally created the biology curriculum for one of our kids. That kid was not going to use the workbook pages past the 18.2 section. Since this was a free item we shared (this was before we were a company), we did not continue to create that section of
pages. After becoming a company, we kept Biology as a free resource and gift to the homeschooling community. Although we keep the curriculum updated, we have not created more workbook pages as we would with a “normal” curriculum due to our current projects . We may revisit this at some time in the future. 🙂 If you wish to continue using workbook pages, you can use/edit the original CK-12 workbook pages, which are available here:
https://www.ck12.org/workbook/ck-12-biology-workbook/
You will need sections 18.3 – 20.4.
