Butterfly life cycle Option: cut out, glue onto colored construction paper and label the stages. 2nd option: Monarch life cycle project $ Mapping migrations printable Butterfly lapbook Animals in winter lapbook (has some elements about migration you can use) Hibernation, Migration, Adaptation lapbook (also has some elements about migration you can use) Writing ideas: ✿ Write about a person who undergoes a change as big as a butterfly. What happens to this person? Is it a physical change or one in their mind/heart? Christians may consider writing about the changes that come with believing in Christ. ✿ Fill out lapbook items. ✿ Write a story about an animal preparing to migrate. Make the animal talk and share what it’s thinking. ✿ Research a migrating animal and write about it. ✿ Create cards for migrating animals. Put a picture on the front and facts on the back. Here are some cards you can print out to get you started (you must fill out the form to receive them).
