 Our anatomy curriculum has loads of great books, fun activities, fascinating videos and even online games and free printables scheduled in. It’s meaty enough to be a “core” curriculum and perfect for science-loving children with plenty of practical information and a variety of materials to appeal to different learning styles.

Your student will get to make hands-on projects that make science the favorite homeschool topic of the day. Some of the engaging lessons include: making an edible DNA model out of licorice and mini-marshmallows, twisting a bone into a knot, putting together life-size models, fooling your eyes with optical illusions, exploring American Sign Language, and much more!

F.A.Q. for our Jr. Human Anatomy and Health Curriculum

If an older sibling is using Little Kids’ HumanAnatomy and Health or High School Human Anatomy and Health, your student will get to learn along at his/her level, making your homeschooling job easier and building treasured family memories of shared homeschooling adventures!

This curriculum was designed for grades 3 through 8. Check out our other levels for multi-age teaching:

Guest Hollow’s High School Human Anatomy and Health Curriculum – This level is for grades 9-12.

Guest Hollow’s Little Kid’s Human Anatomy and Health Curriculum – This level is for preschool through grade 2.

I suggest you look over the online book lists which are linked from each curriculum’s page to help you choose the best level based on your student’s reading ability and course load. For example: If you have an advanced 8th grader, you may want to sub in a few books from the high school level to add a bit of a challenge. If you have a gifted 2nd grader, you may want to add in a few books from the Jr. Anatomy program to Little Otter’s Anatomy.

Christians and non-Christians should preview the scheduled books and all other resources such as videos, etc. to make sure they are compatible with your beliefs, philosophies, and values.

After purchasing a curriculum, you’ll see that the item you just bought shows that it is discounted 50% in our store. The reason you are seeing this is because we give you the opportunity to repurchase the schedule and your downloads at a substantial discount before they expire (2 years from date of purchase).

Please note: You do NOT need to repurchase your schedule in order to use the files you originally purchased and downloaded. You can use your downloaded schedule forever and can click on the links just as you can the online version of the schedule. You just won’t have access to any updates after your online access expires.

Why does access expire? Every year we go through all our curriculum schedules and update broken links and/or replace books that have gone out of print. This is a very time-intensive process that keeps our curricula up-to-date. Your repurchase helps fund this process and provides you with a schedule that has all the new additions or changes.

You need to repurchase your access BEFORE it expires in order to get the 50% discount due to the way our “membership” software works. If for some reason you miss the deadline, let us know why. We may give you a coupon code for the 50% off at our discretion. ????
