Here are the curriculums that have been recognized:
Guest Hollow’s Jr. and High School Geography and Cultures Curriculum won 1st place!
Our geography curriculums hold a special place in many homeschooler’s hearts. They are packed with tons of activities like recipes, videos, world music, crafts, projects, and more. With the high school level you get a FREE online textbook and a colorful workbook. We aren’t surprised these are favorites, but humbled for the votes and the award!
Beowulf’s Grammar won 1st place!
Time and time again we are told that students who hated grammar now ask to do it FIRST each homeschool day. Beowulf’s Grammar takes what could be a dull subject and makes it fun and memorable. With comics, hands-on activities, optional spiral review, and a solid approach, grammar is turned into a favorite subject. We love all of the emails we’ve recieved from families who’ve let us know how much their students love Beowulf! Thank you so much for voting!
Chemistry in the Kitchen won 1st place!
Chemistry in the Kitchen is one of our most popular and well-love curriculums! Students get to learn how chemistry applies to real life, not just a in lab! We love all of the pictures posted in our Facebook Chemistry Group of student’s cooking creations and projects. Come join the group and take a look!
Conceptual Physics won 1st place!
Our math-free physics curriculum explores the topic with lots of hands-on activities, videos, and super interesting books. It sure beats using a dull textbook to learn physics!
High School American History won 2nd place!
We are so honored that our American History courses have yet again garnered a Reader’s Award! Our American History curriculums hold a special place in our hearts. We love it that our customers love it, too!
High School Biology won 2nd place!
We’ve provided our biology curriculum for free for over a decade now. It continues to win awards and be used by homeschoolers all over the world. Even though it’s a Christian curriculum, secular families have also used it by using the CK-12 Biology book as a spine instead of our adapted book. With a free online textbook that has embedded videos, a free workbook, a free online schedule (there is an inexpensive paid printable version), and a GREAT list of labs to choose from, our biology course gives you a buffet of choices for even the most limited budgets.
